

Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) Claims
- File an iReport at MOM website ASAP and email to Contactus@pcmi.asia for any WICA claims.
Please be advised that as an employer these are the following that you will be required to Report a work-related accident to MOM if one of the following applies:
a) It results in the death of an employee.
b) The employee has to take more than 3 days of MC (whether consecutive or not).
c) The employee was hospitalised for at least 24 hours.You may refer to the following link https://www.mom.gov.sg/eservices/services/wsh-incident-reporting to understand more about Ministry of Manpower position on Work Injury related claims and the changes. While the worker is injured in course of employment and unfit for work please kindly ensure that you continue to pay medical leave wages & medical expenses to the injured worker and thereafter seek reimbursement from the insurer (We will assist you in this).

Your Insurers will need to have a copy of the iReport (your report via the the MOM website) as well as the following :
1. Past 12 months’ Salary vouchers
2. Duly completed claim form (Please contact us for the claim form)
3. Your internal incident/ investigation report;
4. Copy of work permit (if applicable)
5. Related medical documents e.g. Referral Letter / Radiology /MRI Report / In-patient Discharge Summary from Hospital/ Doctor’s note
6. Provide us with the ORIGINAL Medical invoices / Medical certificates relating to the accident.
