- Take steps to minimize the loss/damage where possible
- Keep all damaged parts for inspection by Insurer. Report a fire claim immediately and do not carry out any repair or replacement without the consent of the Insurer
- Our dedicated claims personnel will arrange survey if deem necessary and will be sending to you the relevant Claim Form for completion
- For liability claims, bear in mind NOT TO prejudice your insurance company’s rights by admitting liability. Do not accept any offer for settlement if you intend to involve your Insurer
- Always let your Insurers have all correspondence received from third parties with intention to claim against your company.
